Scherbina I. Thermocoagulation in treating uterus neck ectopy

Object - the uterus neck ectopy; methods - сlinical laboratory, clinical instrumental, morphological, immunomorphological, microscopic, bacteriological, statistical; novelty - for the first time the device developed for thermocoagulation of the uterus neck ectopy has been constructed. On the basis of hystological, hystochemical, immunomorfological and microbiological changes of the ectocervix tissues in the ranges of thermofactor activity for the first time optimal parameters of it's using are dertermined. As a result of a comparative analyses of the ectopy epithelization dynamics after it's destruction, it was found for the first time that at a very high temperature effect the epithelization period is shortened as compared to dia-thermo - and cryocoagulation. The number of complication after the operation period decreases as well. Stages of use: the data obtained in the work can be used in teaching process at the departments of obstetrics and gynecology in the higher educational establishment of medical type, and in practical work of the medical establishments; results - Substantiation and development of a new surgical method of treatment the uterus neck ectopy a uterus which is based on use of the high-temperature factor; branch – medicine
