Oleksyuk A. Clinical and Paraclinical Characteristics and Treatment of Initial Developments of Cerebra-Vascular Disease

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnostics, prophylaxis and treatment of Initial Developments of Cerebra-Vascular Disease on a background of arteriosclerosis in combination with arterial hypertension. The analysis of a diagnostic worth of different modern examination methods (electroencephalography, rheoencephalography, doplerography and computer tomog-raphy) is conducted. For the first time implementation of multifactor individual inves-tigation technique for those patients examination, patients' blood serum nuclease activity and content of nucleic acids and mean molecules in patients' blood serum determination made it possible to develop and ground an optimal algorithm for diagnostic measures while examining and revealing patients with initial developments of cerebra-vascular disease. The main characteristics for the nature and cerebrum vessels lesion severity differentiation are determined. Based on nearest and remote treatment results the advisability of the treatment with inclusion nimotop in therapeutic scheme while treating patients with initial developments of cerebra-vascular disease is proved in the dissertation.
