The object: semantic-syntactical structure of the sentences with the four-valence predicates. The purpose - to clarify regularities of formation of a semantic-syntactical structure of the sentences with the four-valence predicates. The methods descriptive and methods of transformative analysis. Theoretical importance: the work promotes more deep understanding of an essence of a category of valency, enriches by new ideas with theoretical grammar of slavic languages. The practical value - the results of work can be used for the writing textbooks on grammar of the Ukrainian language, in linguodidactic of a higher school. The novelty: for the first time in Ukrainian linguistics the numeral and quality composition of the four-valence verbs is defined, its semantic and morphemic analyses are declaimed, types of semantic-syntactical structure, generated by these verbal predicates are given.
