The method of picking out of mutual compatible objects subsets in an objects set is developed, that testifies high productivity in comparison with existing ones and is applied for picking out of such objects sets that could be used in expert estimation methods. The experimental comparative investigation of developed expert estimation methods as well as existing ones with the purpose of getting average statistical values of some method parameters is carry out. The making decision methodology for choosing expert estimation method for applying it in specific situation is developed. The developed complex of methods ensures rise of efficiency of decision support systems components.
