Alais S. Problem of understanding to law in the main law schools

The dissertation is dedicated to investigation of problem of understanding to law in the law conceptions which due to common direction when defining the essence, value and designation of law are united into the following law schools: natural, historic, psychological, sociological, normativistic and analytical. Conclusion has been arrived at about the possibility of harmonic unification of different law views in the framework of integrative law school and the initial (superstate) definition of law has been found out. The necessity and importance of domination of wide (many aspects) understanding to law for the development of home juridical science and the expediency and actuality of formation of integrative jurisprudence for normal functioning of modern society have been substantiated
