Kreminsky Y. Diagnostics and surgical treatment of sufferers with closed injuries of hollow abdomen organs in conjunction with brain injury

The dissertation is dedicated to problems of diagnostics and surgical treatment of sufferers with closed injuries of hollow organs of abdominal cavity coupled with craniocerebral trauma. The bacterioscopic method of the pathologic intestinal microflora diagnostics in abdominal cavity in case of abdominocentesis was introduced into practical work. Decompression laparotomy, which was carried out in 23 per cent of cases, is the first effective surgical method in treatment of progressive abdominal compression syndrome. Devised research algorithm allows to shorten the time of the examination of the sufferers from the moment of the coming into hospital to the diagnosis verification within 30-60 minutes in 87 per cent of cases and to reduce lethality by 7 per cent.
