The object of the research is the process of enterprise merging. Received further development the classification of enterprise merger means; for the first time was developed the model of decision making concerning merging; from the new point of view proposed to use the stages of corporate merging process; improved methodical approaches to choosing partners through the estimation of future merging effectiveness, validated methodical approaches to evaluation of merging risk; validated methodical grounds of corporate integration mechanisms.
