Object of research of the work is the process of enterprise management in the risk condition; the purposes are improvement of forming management system basing on considering the economic risk. There is improved method of information system analyze of risk-management. At first at this work was worked out the conceptual approach to evaluation risk using cluster-analysis. The work deals with augmented methodical recommendations to forming planning, organization, motivation, control and regulation system considering the factor of economic risk.
