RYaSNA K. Structural transformation of the agroindustrial complex enterprises

In this thesis there were investigated principles of structural transformation of agroindustrial enterprises, there were elaborated practical recommendations and measures in order to improve management of this process in market conditions. The author has theoretically substantiated the economic nature of transformation processes in agroindustrial complex, as well as defined pre-conditions implementation, reasons, motives, the goal and the mechanism of it's realization. The concept of the transformation structure of agroindustrial complex was intensified, tendencies and directions of structural alterations on enterprises of agroindustrial complex and process industry in market conditions were revealed. It gave the opportunity to define more precisely the theoretic methodologic principles of transformation processes in agroindustrial complex as well as substantiate their objectivity and the impossibility of their turnover.
