The dissertation is devoted to the problems of improvement of existing and development of the new methods of treatment of traumatic retroperitoneal hemorrhage in patients with closed joint abdominal trauma. There were marked out main symptoms of traumatic retroperitoneal hemorrhage traumatic retroperitoneal hemorrhage, and their course depending on heaviness of abdominal and extraabdominal complications. For the purpose of dynamic observation and also in order to stop bleeding from retroperitoneal vascular plexes the method of programmed medical-diagnostical laparoscopy was applied.
