Shmyglo M. Futures of clinical course and rational treatment of atopic dermatitis in consideration with sensibility of organism to house dust mites.

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of dermatology, the research of the role of house dust mites Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae in pathogenesis of an atopic dermatitis and search of an effective methods of its treatment. The results of deep research of the total level of immunoglobulines E in the blood serum of the atopic dermatitis patients and specific immunoglobulines E - antibodies to the house dust mites Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae in connection of them at the patients with atopic dermatitis with non associated allergical diseases, associated with rinitis and conjunctivitis and associated with bronchial astma are presented in the work. The methods was proposed and pathogenetically substantiated for the atopic dermatitis treatment, in which the basic combined therapy was supplemented with Telfast, xanthinole nicotinati, dexametazoni acetates 0,1% cream and method decrease of number of house dust mites, desinsection with aerosol "A-par". The method facilitated a higher clinical efficacy of the atopic dermatitis treatment and prolonged remission, and makes the correctional influence on the specific immunoglobulines E - antibodies to the house dust mites Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae in blood serum of the patients with atopic dermatitis.
