The dissertation is devoted to problems of perfaction of the enteral oxygenation (EO) technology and its inculcation at the therapy of patients with surgical abdominal pathology. This study was conducted for 18 rats with final stage of peritonitis and for 121 patients having various infringements of organism biological integrity. The essential parameters were determined by method of sector sowing, tetrapolar thorax rheoplethysmography, unified and calculated methods, the routine tests for statusmetria and APACHE II scores. For the first time it has been found, that enteral oxygenation keeps the gut flora translocation from increase in case the intraabdominal pressure rise. EO method is effective for correcting venous hypoxaemia at the critical states. Use of the enteral oxygenation for the surgical patients accelerates the elimination of hepato-splanchnic and gastro-intestinal insufficiency, diminishes SIRS activity and improves the perspective at peritonitis. The practical recommendations for use of this method are given.
