Yamchuk M. Clinico-morphological diagnostics, forecasting and treatment optimization at the patients with uterine smooth muscle neoplasms

Object- women with USMTs, uterus smooth muscle tumour, blood; methods- clinical, morphological, cytological, hormonal, statistical; novelty: for the first time was carried out the comparative clinical characteristic groups of patients with proliferating uterus leiomyomas and highdifferential uterus leiomyosarcomas, was offered and applied in practice the combination of objective morphological criterias for improvement of differential diagnosis USMT, for the first time it was investigated the contents GH and corticoids in blood of women with USMT and performed the analysis of correlation communications between the concentration of these hormons and gystotype of USMT, on the base of the results of complex clinico-hormonal research was worked out the model of individual forecasting of USMT’s posible malignance, was developed and patented the new method of supravaginal amputation of uterus at women of reproductive age with non-malignant USMT; results- the optimization of treatment of patients with USMT bythe improvement of methods of clinico-morphological differential diagnostics, the analysis of the hormonal status and the modelling of individual forecast.
