During delivery, a dynamic control of the uterine activity and of basic parametres, characterizing status of fetoplacental complex, was carried out. Histography was performed by the system of monitoring. Ultrasonic chamber was employed to register changes in thickness of the lower uterine segment at the level of pushing in contrast to the pauze. Fetus condition was controlled by the evaluation of its physical activity (respiratory movements) and heart rate. Location, stage of maturity and structure of placenta were determined. On the basis of the analysis of socio-economic factors, obstetric-gynecological anamnesis, course of pregnancy and delivery, main ante-intranatal risk factors for DLA were singled out. For the purpose of correction of uterine dysfunction in DLA, betasympathomimetic ginipral, and analgesic stadol were applied, and prolonged injecting of myotropic spasmolytic galidor with novocain solution into the uterine cervix was employed.
