The methods of the regional constructive and geographical analysis of the water economy complex are proposed; the forming conditions, territorial and branch structure, ecological and economic efficiency of the water economy complex functioning of Pivnichno-Zahidniy region of Ukraine are analized; the administrative districts are groupped by the anthropogenic load on water resources; water use is forecasted and recommendations on sustainable development of the regional water economy complex are given.
