The object is the patients with perforated pyloroduodenal ulcers; the aims to improve an immediate and long-term results of treatment; the methods are study of Helicobacter pylori infectivity by rapid urease test and smears-imprints cytologic analyse and study of stomach acidity by intragastric pH-metry and probeless method; the new approach elaboration of the diagnostic and medical algorithm considering Helicobacter pylori status and stomach acidity; results - the new diagnostic and medical algorithm incorporated in practice solve to reduce essentially relapsing level in long-term period after operation; the field is Medicine, Surgery.
