Is developed and is applied in clinic own miniinvasive endoscopic method directed on prophylaxis of originating and treatment of purulent - necrotic complications at the patients with acute pancreatitis in the postoperative term at the expense of application to an own drainage design, and use of endoscopic toolkit (the patent of Ukraine №36774 А), that has allowed to improve immediate and long-term results of surgical treatment of the patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis in comparison with traditional methods.
