Essay

The dissertation concerning the problem of the military educational and training group formation at higher military educational institution as an important aspect of training the officer corpse of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The works of Ukrainian and foreign investigators of this problem are theoretically analysed, the practical score of activity of military educational and training groups is researched, the features of generalised model and the process of stage-by-stage group formation are studied deeply, the system of group formation methods is developed, the main pedagogical conditions of group formation are discovered and theoretically grounded, the definitions of "pedagogical potential of military educational and training group", "management influence" etc. are discovered and specified. The system of the instruments of military educational and training group formation according to the stages of the process was controlled in the experiment. The Program of Stage-by-Stage Formation of Military Educational and Training Group at Higher Military Educational Institution was worked out.
