Isheykin K. The individualization of treating children with atopic dermatitis in dependence on the clinical pathogenetic variants of its course.

The thesis is devoted to the development of the new sclences of an individual atopic dermatitis treatment in children. The aim is tj desing the differentiated AD treatment of patients on the basis of the immune system state study, as wellas the lipid peroxide oxidation and hemocoagulation for the increase of the treatment effectivenes and the improvement of the loder consequences. The methods of the research are immunological, biochemical, biophysical, statistical. The theoretical importance aims to prove the necessity of the medicine therapy in children with atopic dermatitis having the increased level of peroxydation and the lavered antioxydation defence complex of the direct action antioxydants, and their effectivenes being tested. Practical importance: it has been proved that antioxydants, included additionally into the basic therapy of children ill with atopic dermatitis heving the increased level of peroxydation and the decreased antioxydant defence allowed to actieve more effective treatment results and more stable and long remisions. The level of introduction: it has been introduced to the training process and public health seroice practice. Usage fields: Dermatology.
