The thesis is a complex research of an institution of repara-tion for damage, caused by source of special danger, and determination of directions of its legal security. The thesis considers formation and development processes of the institution of liability for damage, caused by source of spe-cial danger. In course of research the concepts and charac-teristics of special danger sources have been studied, as well as grounds for obligations arising as a result of damage, caused by source of special danger, and peculiarities of their subject structure. New propositions have been introduced to improve current legislation on the grounds of determination and analysis of peculiarities of liability for damage, caused by source of special danger.
