Pinchuk V. Clinico - diagnostic criteria, pathogenic pecuiarities and correction of liquorno - distentional syndrome in vascular and inflammatory diseases of the brain (clinico - morphological investigation)

The thesis is devoted to the improving of pharmacological correction of liquorno - distentional syndrome in discirculatory encephalopathy of the II st. and aftherinfectiony encephalopathy. On the basis of making more precise interrelation of microcirculatory, coagulative hemostasis with indexes prooxidantno - antioxidant status and hemodynamics as the main link in formation of liquorno - distentional syndrome in inflammatory and vascular affections of the brain there was proposed, the pathogenetic - ally caused treatment of this syndrome with polypeptide preparation "Vermilat". Morphofunctional investigations of the brain in persones with DE II, liguorno - distentional syndrome on the background of chronic pulmonary heart there was revealed the availability of the brain in dependence on the degree of compensation. The was shown the high clinical effectiveness of "Vermilat" application in comparison with traditional treatment at the expense of normalization of the processes of lipid peroxide oxidation,microcirculatory and coagulative hemostasis, optimization of cerebral hemodynamcs.
