The objects of the research are the processes of estimation and planning of corporate economic indicators. Received further development approaches to multilateral estimation of economic indicators; from the new point of view elaborated methods of economic indicator evaluation considering requirements of creditors and investors; modified method of economic indicator planning; improved method of economic measure planning considering attracted financial resources; for the first time was elaborated dynamic method of choosing optimal totality of economic indicators.
