Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of reduction of metal consumption in the production of seamless steel high pressure gas cylinders. The method of producing cylinders from tubes by not spinning has been substantiated. A method of determination of optimum conditions of deformation and the size of an axial force and main parameters of cylinder were proposed. New low-loss technological of producing of the cylinders of a small and middle size were worked out and put into production.
