Object: the system of verbs in the old Ukrainian Language of the XIV - XVIII-th centuries. Objective - studying the denominative suffixal word-formation of verbs. Methods: descriptive, comparatively-historica. Theoretical value consists in study word-formation analyze of denominative suffixal verbs in diachronically period. Practical value: the materials of this research work can be applied to studying the history of the Ukrainian derivation. Novelty: for the first time analyzes the word-formation of suffixal verbs.
