Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the studying of human's being phenomenon in Ukrainian philosophical thought of the first half of the twentieth century. In the Work the mutual connection between Western European and Ukrainian anthropological ideas of given period is traced. It turned out that Ukrainian anthropological thought was developing alongside Western European one, but still it has its own peculiarities. In Ukrainian philosophy of the first half of the twentieth century a human being is regarded as the whole phenomenon, but the biggest attention is paid by the scientists to the social and spiritual aspects of one's essence.
