Essay

Clinical analysis of the treatment results of 104 patients with acute dispersed peritonitis has proved high efficiency of intraoperational biopsy of pariental abdomen as the method of exact determination of the abdomen inflammation degree and abdomen sanations necessity. Clinical and morphological findings possessing the highest prognostic importance while estimating endotoxicosis degree have been found. Differential approach to programmed abdomen sanations has been developed. Such an approach takes into account morphometric pariental abdomen findings and toxicosis degree, which has made it possible to omit unnecessary staged sanations as well as to decrease the number of postoperative complications from 58,8 per cent to 18,9 per cent and letality from 33,3 per cent to 20,8 per cent.
