Bereza N. Cytoprotective therapy through coordinated compounds of adenosine triphosphate in complex treatment of the patients with neurocirculatory dystonia and ischemic heart disease

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of perfecting the treatment in the patients with neurocirculatory dystonia and ischemic heart disease on a base of correcting the functional state of the myocardium through the inclusion of coordinated compounds (CC) of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) into their conventional therapy. The data obtained indicate that the application of cytoprotective remedy CC of ATP is expedient since it elevates clinical efficacy of treatment and induces higher tolerance to physical exercise in this category of patients. It is shown that complex therapy including CC of ATP improves the parameters of the left ventricle diastolic function at rest and isometric effort in the patients with ischemic heart disease, reduces free radical oxidative reactions and intensifies the activity of antioxidant enzymes of blood serum. It is established that such therapy produces membranostabilizing effects. On this ground the criteria of differentiated usage of CC of ATP have been worked out depending on the initially defined level of tolerance to physical exercise and in accordance with veloergometry test and isometric effort test.
