Drishlyuk A. Agency agreement: civil law aspect

Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of agency relations. This caused by the development of market relations.At first on science is being done the complex juridical and informative research of juridical nature of agency contract by the legislation of Ukraine. The basic goal of the dissertation’s research is the reveal of the characteristic features and peculiarities of agency contract in acting legislation of Ukraine, complex theoretical analysis of obligations which appear in the process of concludation, change or cessation of agency contract. The research of agency contract is realized in the development and comparison of methods of regulation of this institute in different law systems. In dissertation is consistently researched the juridical nature of agency contract, it’s correlation with common civil law contracts. In dissertation is analysed the peculiarities of their contents, concludation and execution, responsibility, formed the essential conditions of the contract. In the dissertation the author exposes the theoretical conclusions and recommendations with the purpose of their use in the process of reformation of Ukrainian legislation."
