Amjad S. Contract of purchase and sale in the International Private Law

The thesis is devoted to the historical-lawful and comparative research of the contract of purchase and sale in the International Private Law, in the Ukrainian and Jordanian Law. The special attention is paid to the analysis of the sources of the International Private Law, which settle the purchase and sale in the International Private Law, in the Ukrainian and Jordanian Law, in the different lawful systems too: in the Moslem, Anglo-Saxon, Romanic, including the French and German ones. The special attention is attended to the research of the new forms of the purchase and sale and the possibility of the implementation of these forms in the Ukrainian and Jordanian Law. The special attention is given to the forms of the responsibility for violation of the rights of purchase and sale in the thesis."
