Object: lymphogenic complications during kidney transplantation. Aims: surgical methods of rehabilitation of nephrotransplant lymph outflow. Methods: morphological (topometrical, light and electronic microscopy, hystochemical); biochemical; functional. Scientific novelty: mechanisms of lymphogenic complications in kidney transplantation were analyzed; a method of evaluation of lymph outflow insufficiency was developed; new methods of saving and preparing of lymphonodular apparatus of nephrotransplant and of recipient collector sources for nephrotransplantation were proposed; a method of grafting of nephro-lymphatic complex was developed.
