Ivakin E. Theoretical and methodological questions of nonidentification research in the judicial graphology

Об'єкт дослідження - hand-written texts and signatures. Мета дослідження - to give propositions concerning the possibilities and ways of improvement of diagnostic and classification of judicial graphology, to give methodical recommendation and practical examples of its' implementing, that would give the possibility to widen the range of tasks that graphology experts could solve. Методи дослідження - historical, systematic and structural analyses; logical and legal; particular sociological; static observation; experimental method. Теоретичні і практичні результати - the guidelines of research are provided and the recommendations about further research are given to improve experts' practices of solving the task of judicial graphology expertise. Новизна - it is for the first time in Ukraine at the basis of critical analyses of existing methods were solved classification and diagnostic tasks, theoretical and methodological questions directed for further improvement of methods and methodical recommendationsfor solving non-identification tasks of judicial graphology expertise. Ступінь впровадження - results of the scientific research are used by professional experts at seminars (methodic information), at the international scientifically-practical conferences. Сфера використання - the work of experts, criminalistic activity of law enforcement agencies, educational process.
