Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of problem hygiene background of education schedule in condition of great intensiveness, increased educational load in primary school of Lyceum. There was set up the unfavorable influence of learning on the health of pupils and changes in functional condition of central nervous system of children during educational day, week, and year if suitable hygienic maintenance of is absent. There was determined the "physiological coast" of every subject and factors, which it cause. There were worked out and scientifically grounded the scale of ranks for all lessons of educational program in primary grades of Lyceum. There were the scientifically grounded the necessity of inculcation the complex program of optimization of education schedule in primary grades of Lyceum. The positive effect of the scientific background recommendations on the level of pupil's capacity, their locomotor's function development; the dynamic of physical development and health conditions duringthree years of observations was proved.
