In a thesis the experimental stuff on building the new strain of a fungus Bl. trispora, study of an elemental composition of a biomass received at its cultivation, usage of different amounts of a biomass in mixed fodders is set up at cultivation of chickens. Which one is built new strain ВСД-1 of a fungus Вl. trispora, in conditions of a commercial production - 8-10 % of -carotinum in recalculation on dry matter. The biomass of a fungus Blakeslea trispora is a good source of -carotinum, nutrient and biologically of active materials. feeding of a biomass of a fungus В1.trispora to chickens during 42 days of cultivation in structure of mixed fodder in an amount of 1,0 g on 1 kg of a forage the elemental composition of a dung, parameters of a metabolism variates, increases a daily average accretion of alive mass last decade of cultivation that of safety stok, slashes the costs of a forage of production, does not influence physiological parameters and quality of meat. Biomass of a fungus В1.trispora,which one fed to chickens in an amount of 0,5 g on 1 kg of a forage influenced the above-stated parameters to a lesser degree, and in an amount of 1,5 g on 1 kg to a forage - the productivity and safety stok did not show challenging effect on processes of digestion, metabolism. Biomass of a fungus В1.trispora, which one nurtured to chickens in an amount of g on kg of a forage influenced the above indicated parameters to a lesser degree, and in an amount of 1 g on 1 kg of a forage - did not show challenging influencing on processes of digestion of a metabolism, productivity and safety stok. It is recommended for a commercial production strain ВСД-1 of a fungus В1.trispora and biomass which one is a product of cultivation of a fungus, as a source ?-carotinum, in rations of chickens
