Process of management of the motor transportation enterprise. The purpose: a deepening of theoretical rules and development of the methodical and practical recommendations on formation of marketing strategy of the motor transportation enterprises on the basis of the analysis of features, their interrelation with manufacture, trade and consumption, experience of foreign countries, revealing and account of problems, which influence efficiency of managing, and factors, which constrain their development. Methods: general scientific and special methods of scientific generalizations and analysis. Is offered: the new scientific concept of the complex approach to use of opportunities of marketing and features of motor transportation process during formation of strategy of the economic subjects of this branch; directions of development of the tactical plans of the motor transportation enterprises; the methodical approaches to definition of methods of re-structuring, its parameters, formation of network models business of processes of activity of the MTE.
