Process of development of marketing strategy of formation of assortment of wash cosmetic means at the industrial and trade enterprises. The purpose: development of the methodi-cal approaches to strategy of formation of assortment of wash cosmetic hygienic means on the basis of consumer prefere-nces at the enterprises.Methods:the system and economic ana-lysis,synthesis,analogies,expert ratings,questionnaire, forecas-ting "of replaceable base " and trend lines, correlation analysis of interdependence of the factors. Are offered: strategy of formation of assortment of wash cosmetic means; a matrix of positioning of wash cosmetic -hygienic means on consumer preferences; prognoses model of consumption of cosmetic means in Donetsk region on the basic commodity groups.
