Cognitive Onomasiological analysis of Officinal Plants' Names in the Ukrainian language. The aim is the complex analysis of the onomasiological structure of officinal plants' names in Ukrainian in the projiction of the functions and structure of ethnoconsciousness. The methods are descriptive, cognitive-onomasiological, morphemic, wordformation, ethnological analyses. For the first time the thesis is devoted to cognitive-onomasiological analysis of Ukrainian officinal Plants' names motivation. The received results can ne employed in lexicographical practice and teaching the course of Modern Ukrainian, special courses in cognitive onomasiology, semasiology, enthnolinguistics, linguaculture studies.
