Object of the study:Patients with CAC with gallbladder dyskinesia (hypertonic-hyperkinetic, mixed and hypotonic-hypokinetic). Purpose of the study: To improve the quality of CAC diagnosis with consideration of hormonal disturbances and improvement of the results of CAC treatment using the original correcting therapy. Methods of the investigation:The following studies were performed to verify the diagnosis: clinical laboratory, biochemical (state of protein and enzyme metabolism, LP, AOP), hormonal (blood serum amount of cortisone, insulin, gastrin, thyroxin, triiodothyronine, thyrotropin), instrumental (plain and dynamic echocholecystography), multi-phase duodenal probing with investigation of biochemical bile parameters. Theoretical and practical results:The findings of the research give new information about the characteristics of hormonal state in patients with CAC and its role in the pathogenesis of the disease. The necessity to study hormo-nal spectrum of the blood in various forms of dyskinetic disturbances in CAC patients was substantiated. Interrelation between the activity of the pathological process in the gallbladder and the level of adaptation hormones was revealed, which allows to consider the hormones the markers of dyskinetic disturbances in CAC. The findings of the research suggest about positive influence of Cholegran in combination with tocopherol acetate and Polysorb MP on the indices of hormonal state in patients with CAC, which was proved by increased insulin level, reduction of cortisone and gastrin levels and вТ4/вТ3 ratio normalizing. Novelty: It was determined that manifestation of disturbances of the hormonal state in CAC depended on the character of the disease course. In CAC with hypertonic-hyperkinetic dyskinesia of the gallbladder insulin level was decreased, gastrin and cortisone amount was elevated, вТ4/вТ3 ratio was abnormal. CAC with mixed dyskinesia had similar but more pronounced changes. In CAC with hypotonic-hypokinetic dyskinesia elevation of thyrotropin leveland triiodothyronine deficiency were noted in addition to hypercortisolemia, hypergastrinemia and hypoinsu-linemia. The changes in biochemical bile parameters depended on the hormonal state of the patients with CAC: positive correlation between bile cholesterol and insulin level, negative correlation between cortisone and bile acids in the bladder portion of the bile, gastrin and insulin in the blood serum were observed. Pronounced correcting effect of Cholegran in combination with tocopherol acetate and Polysorb MP was established in CAC with hypotonic-hypokinetic dyskinesia, the treatment normalized the functional state of the gallbladder and bile ducts as well as bio-chemical properties of the bile and hormonal state. Degree of introduction:The results of the research were introduced into the work of gastroenterology departments of hospital No. 1 (Kharkiv), regional Clinical Hospital (Kharkiv), Regional Specialized Hospital For Radiation Protection of the Population (Kharkiv), Bogodukhiv, Balakliya, Chuguiv, Zolochiv Cental District Hospitals (Kharkiv region). Sphere of application: medicine, therapy departments.
