Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the peculiarities of hard asthma in children according to clinics, external breath function, immunological markers and inflammatory biomarkers, got in uninvasive ways. Thanks to them, a diagnostical table for asthma heavity evaluation has been created. It has been proved that the inflammation intensivity is higher in hard asthma, according to the functional activity of peripheral blood eosinophils and the nitric oxyde in exhaled air. Also the presence of oral dismicrobiocenosis and it's increasing with inhaled corticosteroid usage has been determined. It proves the expedience of microbiological control during inhaled corticosteroids treatment. The usage of inflammatory biomarkers and clinical and functional indexes helps to define optimal terms of inhaled steroids treatment, that allows to improve the clinic, to avoid oral steroids usage, with no serious side effects. The results of the therapy has been evaluated using a quality of life test for children with asthma. Theconsiderable violations of life quality of children with hard asthma have been found, but they have been improved due to the inhaled steroids treatment.
