The thesis is devoted to researches of theoretico-methodical conditions for the formation of the professional oral foreign language speech activity skills of students of higher educational establishments. The author has specified the definition of the teacher's professional oral speech activity. The author basing on the integrated analysis has revealed theoretico-methodical conditions promoting the effectiveness improvement of professional oral foreign language speech skills. The model of the organization of teaching students' activity directed on forming and perfection of grammatical mechanisms as important component of oral speech abilities was developed. It consists of three stages: the creation of reference base of action and the formation of grammatical habits; the perfection of grammatical habits and the creation of conditions for their transferring into speech activity; the stabilization of grammatical habits in speech activity and the creation of grammatical speech mechanisms.
