The purpose of thesis consists in installation of a level of distribution and features of clinical developments of Chlamydia trachomatis urogenital infection in children of early age and adolescents, advancing of diagnostic, treatment and preventive maintenance of chlamydiosis for miscellaneous groups of the minors 581 patients - 506 girls of miscellaneous age, 45 boys and 30 pregnant women in total were inspected. The comparative analysis of abundance of chlamydial infection contamination was conducted, the spectrum of a pathology and clinical, epidemiological features of chlamydiosis among miscellaneous age-grades of the minors was studied. In thesis was rotined that the degree of clinical developments of chlamydial infection depends of age of the child. The new approach to optimization of diagnostic of Chlamydia trachomatis for the girls - adolescents and women of genesial age is designed. The detection of Chlamydia trachomatis depends of a phase of a menstrual cycle - the successful outcome more often in early lutein phase and premenstrual term. The main conditions are reviewed; it is necessary to allow for which one at realization of laboratory researches for diagnostic of chlamydial infection for these patients. Usage of antibiotics from group of macrolids in a causal treatment of chlamydiosis for pregnant, children of miscellaneous age and adolescents is offered, that allows to reach a success in clinical and etiological treatment for 95,2 % of the patients without collateral effects. The optimum organizational forms and methods of preventive maintenance of chlamydial infection for children of miscellaneous age and adolescents are offered.
