Bodelan I. Methodical foundations for control of transportation and warehousing in logistical systems (on the basis of Ukrainian Black Sea Coast)

An object is cargoflows and streams of transport vehicles in the logistic systems functioning on the base of ports; the aim is increasing the efficiency of management of transporting, and warehousing of cargos in transport-logistic systems functioning on the base of ports; methods - applied system analysis, theory of logistics, theory of organization and management of different kinds of transport work and transport systems and networks, theory of project management; the new approach lies in the first a complex analysis of tendencies of development of the existing logistic systems and their application to distributing cargoflows (on the example of West European countries) is done, logistic conception of management of port activity is developed, new logistic interpretation of twostaged transportation problem of the nonlinear programming with the heterogeneous cargo is offered and its generalization on the stochastic case is done; generalization of classic dependence of warehouse's capacity at the transshipment point on its cargo turnover in case of non-Poisson streams of loaded and empty transport is found; results - conformity to the law of forming heterogeneous cargoflows on the base of complex of models of nonlinear twostaged transportation problem in the determined and stochastic cases, dependence of distribution function of quantity of cargo at the warehouses of the logistic systems on the degree of regularity of movement of transport vehicles is found; it implemented in the practical activity of commercial sea port "Yuzhniy"; the field is marine transport
