Pisarenko A. The peculiarities of vaginal microbiocenosis and hormonal homeostasis violations among women with chronic kidney insufficiency and its correction methods.

We have carried out 101 women comparison clinical analysis of gynecological dis-eases and reproductive anamnesis before and after nephrological disease and after appearance of CKI. We have studied structure, frequency, flow and complications of gynecological pathology. We have figured out CKI diseased peculiarities of vaginal microbiocenosis violations, hormonal homeostasis, immunological status and peroxide lipid oxidation and antioxidant defense system condition during hemodyalisis curing and after kidney transplantation. During research we stated a high level risk of inflam-matory pelvic organs diseases, menstrual cycle violations, hyperplastic processes and pelvic sphere swellings evolvement. We have developed and tested algorithm of diag-nostics and correction of vaginal microbiocenosis violations and hormonal homeostasis of the CKI diseased. This allows reducing inflammatory pelvic organs diseases, swel-ling and endometrial hyperplasia frequency, as well as reduce frequency of pus-septic complications, transplanted kidney infections, prevent unnecessary surgery, transplan-tant forcible detachment provocations and increase alokidney functioning time.
