Essay

This thesis is devoted to the influence of common learning work of junior school students: (а) at the traditional junior school - on the results of student's learning, their mental development, degree of their pleasure in school life, the level of solidarity in students' group; (b) at the conditions of the developing teaching - on the development of basic theoretical thinking, on the characteristics of study communication of students. The investigation has shown that systematic using the group forms of learning activities of students (if psycologic-pedagogical conditions of its organization are secured) gives higher opportunites for students to gain knowledge, allows better orientation in studied material, influences positively on the development of cognitive proceses, such as thinking, memory and speach. Common learning work of junior school students raises the level of their pleasure in school life, lowers the level of conflicts in students' group. At the case of realizing the system ofdeveloping teaching the common learning work provides a higher level of the development of basic theoretical thinking (analysis, planning, reflexing), helps students to master the standards of business cooperation, to take business communication as a way of mastering skills to solve learning problems. Common learning work influences positively on the development of cognitive interests and students' intellectual activity, makes better the social-psychological characteristics of students' group and the structure of relations among students. Recommendations for organizing group form of learning process have been worked out.
