Temchyshyna Y. Areas of boosting the effectiveness of activity result management of enterprises of the baking industry in the Kyiv region

Outcome management system in baker enterprises. To develop conceptual provisions for improving theoretical and methodological frameworks of outcome management in baker enterprises. Research methods enumerate calculation and analysis, comparison, as well as economic and statistic, graphic ones, design and construction, and economic and mathematical modelling. Theoretical/methodological and methodical frameworks were summarised for boosting the effectiveness of enterprises' outcome management. The economic and social concept was revealed of innovations in assortment of bakery production. Research results are put to practice at baker enterprises and included in the training process. The domain of application covers enterprises of the bakery sector and government bodies of price regulation for bakery products.
