Essay

In this dissertation considerating question about forming moral culture of border guard cadets. On the base of analysis of the pedagogical-psychological literature of thesis research the essence and structure of moral culture of the frontier guard cadets. Has been conducted pedagogical-psychological analysis of problem, fixed and grounded the main organisation-pedagogics conditions of forming moral culture, Namely: development of abilities and skills of officers personal of organization forming moral culture of border guard cadets; development of moral code of border guard cadets; encouraging self motivation in process of moral cultural development. The complex program and methodical recommendation for increasing efficiency process forming of moral culture of the border guard cadets was worked out.
