Characteristics of endogenous intoxication syndrome in children with neoplastic diseases and the role of silicon-containing enteral adsorbents (Sillard P, Polysorb MP, Enterosgel) during intensive treatment of this syndrome was investigated in link with severity of the diseases. Dynamics of markers of endogenous intoxication were studied. An algorithm is offered that enables estimation of condition severity based on named markers. No significant difference in effectiveness of this adsorbents was found.
