There were investigated 90 women who had features of premature skin involution Such phenomena were investigated as: peeling speed of keratinocits, skin elasticity and skin buffer properties in nonadjacent anatomy zones. Such tendences were found as: increase of elasticity index decrease ofregeneration speed, increase of the alkali time netralisation Changes of hаеmоmicrocirculation were found on systemic and local - trophic levels (capillaroscopia). Hystological premature of skin was discribed in case of women with premature skin involution, this picture was shown on light - optics and ultrastructural levels. The content of products of primary and secondary oxydation of lipides in skin was investigated. Data about correction of premature skin involution were represent.
