Shklyar V. Updates and development of the technical facilities in agricultural production.

Research objects: production-economic structures of the agriculture and enterprises on technician-technological service agricultural enterprise, organizing-legal structures of the market type. The aim of research: theorist-methodological generalization of the particularities of the development materially-resources of the facilities in condition of the crisis situation in agrarian production. Methods: monographic study of the problem, statistician-economic estimation result developments agrarian production, accounting-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: offers and recom-mendations can be used at renovation and development materially-resources of the base agricultural production. The scientific novelty: is elaborated theorist-methodological interpretation dug and contents to economic essence of the shaping, renovations and developments of the material and technical facilities of the agrarian sector of the economy, which are found in critical condition now; extended and is deepened motivationof the influence organizing-economic factor on destructive processes in material and technical base agricultural production at realization of the agrarian reform; it is complemented by new generalizations of the influence technician-technological factor and reasons, which have brought about reduction of the volumes and efficiency agricultural production; the motivated directions intensification material and technical base agrarian production on base of the development investment-innovation activity. Implementation degree: position of thesises used by Ministry agrarian politicians Ukraine's, as well as Ministry agroindustrial complex of the Autonomous Republic Cream.
