Essay

The dissertation examines the existing management systems in the Ukrainian automobile industry, and possibilities for management change under the present conditions of protectionism. The development of measures which would contribute to the Ukrainian automobile producers' ability to compete in domestic and external markets is proposed. The result is meant to help automobile producers improve management in their enterprises and forecast situation in the automobile market, and serve as a guide for state policy-makers in creating environment for effective development of automobile industry in Ukraine.
