The dissertation allowed to expand the idea about genesis of cerebrovascular pathology in young-aged patients, to define the role of antiphospholipid antibodies in their development, to reveal early clinical and laboratory features of cerebrovascular disorders caused by antiphospholipid syndrome in 50 young-aged patients with cerebrovascular pathology, the revealed antiphospholipid antibodies in seropositive group and changes in the cellular and humoral immunity in seronegative group showing current autoimmunity disease, the absence of other etiological reasons for cerebrovascular disorders on the basis of scrupulous study, efficiency of specific therapy allowed to make a conclusion about pathogenetic role of antiphospholipid antibodies in the development of cerebrovascular pathology in young-aged patients .
